Service Satisfaction Policy

It is the goal of Fix My PC 2 to only have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with our services, for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of the service and we will take the necessary action to correct the situation including refunding payments in full. Fix My PC 2 reserves the right to deny future services if it feels such dissatisfaction is not as a result of Fix My PC 2's action or inaction. New and replacement parts are warranted for 90 days unless otherwise stated.
